What to do if i have a lump on the left back of my head, around the top of my neck, should i be worried?

Depends: Need to see your doctor. If it is a cyst maybe left alone or excised. If a lymph node made need antibiotics and if no improvement will need to be biopsied to make sure you don;t have a cancer.
