No it doesn't: Drinking lots of water, within reason, is plain healthy. Keeps kidneys flushed, reduces risk of kidney stones ; insures satisfactory hydration of entire body. Water intake often has to be reduced in some people with kidney failure ; those on dialysis because failed kidneys may not be able to filter suffuciently.

Probably not: Gatorade is an electrolyte solution that is heavy on salt
Plain water is the best hydration liquid
Gatorade was developed for heavily sweating athletes to replenish  their salt stores and re-hydrate them
With your mild kidney failure you should be concerned about too much salt intake which can lead to high blood pressure  Consult with your doctor if you have further questions

No: Kidney failure leads to less urination, not more frequent urination. It sounds like this might be a urinary tract infection. See your doc for further testing.

Sparkling water.: Should be OK. Only drink when u r thirsty.  BP is likely related to eating too much salt for your body. How much is too much? Enough that your BP goes up.  Recommend using the DASH DIET  and you will be better in 2 weeks.

As much as you pass: If you drink more than your urine output, you will develop swelling. You will find rationing intake under 2 quarts per day is fair enough. This includes all oral liquids even moisture in food. Do not pay attention to people who tell you to drink much to flush kidneys. This will only cause swelling and possibly heart failure if you at risk for it.

Kidney disease: Yes spicy and fast foods is not a problem. Should drink around 75oz of water daily. Avoid over the counter anti-inflammatories. Get regular labs done to keep monitoring the kidney function.

No: Nothing has been proven to slow cyst development.  There are drugs undergoing trials; octreotide, Everolimus and tolvaptan all working on different systems that are promising.  Adpkd patients are told to drink fluids to decrease the risk of stone formation and utis,  the kidneys are very large  urine collects in larger areas with slower flow making these complications more likely.

Accepted Answer

Kidney disease?: You cannot diagnose kidney disease by bubbles in the urine. Have a urine analysis done. If it is negative, you have nothing to worry about. If you have protein in your urine, you will need to see a physician to get some blood and a 24 hour urine collection to see your GFR and to see how much protein you have in your urine. Your water and tea ingestion have no impact on your urinary bubbles.
