Probably not: Gatorade is an electrolyte solution that is heavy on salt Plain water is the best hydration liquid Gatorade was developed for heavily sweating athletes to replenish their salt stores and re-hydrate them With your mild kidney failure you should be concerned about too much salt intake which can lead to high blood pressure Consult with your doctor if you have further questions
