Dehydration.: Severe dehydration can lead to acute renal failure.

Water and failure: If one gets very dehydrated, severe dehydration can cause acute renal failure (arf). That's the bad news. The good news is that with hydration the ARF can be cured and the patient (p) recovers the p's original renal function.
