No: Kidney failure leads to less urination, not more frequent urination. It sounds like this might be a urinary tract infection. See your doc for further testing. -- (attending comment) the other concern would be if you had developed diabetes, most commonly diabetes mellitus. I would agree with seeing your doctor for further testing.
