Low sodium: Bananas help with low potassium not sodium. Low sodium is treated with water restriction or adjustment of medications, if you are on blood pressure medications. See your doctor for that.

: For your age, systolic pressure above 90 is not low. Young people usually have a relatively high diastolic number, i.e. the pulse pressure (the difference between systolic and diastolic number) is usually low (narrow) and that is a good thing, especially you are asymptomatic. You should not take extra salt for that.

Blood sample: Only with a blood sample. It is unusual for propranolol to lower sodium. Are you sure your doctor didn't say that it lowers blood pressure (it does). Since low sodium lowers BP, perhaps you've mixed these up in your memory?

Several: The first thing i think of with this combination is someone trying to lose weight using a diuretic, or an athlete who's rehydrated insufficiently using only water. Loss of Aldosterone: Metabolic acidosis (increased h+ and blood acidity) due to decreased bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) level in addisonian crisis is due to loss of the hormone aldosterone because sodium reabsorption in the distal tubule is linked with acid/hydrogen ion (h+) secretion. Less aldosterone stimulation of the renal distal tubule leads to sodium wasting in urine and h+ retention in the serum, resulting in bicarbonate (sodium bicarbonate) drop.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, this is your normal. Normal ranges are central 95% of the values in healthy people. So 5% of the healthy people will have readings outside the "normal range"     Wish you good health!

Don't treat labs: The labs are to help your physician identify disease. If you are running a low sodium level and do not know why, you have addison's until proved otherwise. It's not all that likely, but people do get it, and it does get missed. I won't trouble you with other possibilities, and if the value is only slightly below reference range (most-but-not-all healthy couch potatoes), you can ignore it.

They should not...: As long as you remain well hydrated after exercise (with sports drinks that have electrolytes), your sodium levels should not change with exercise.

What can be dangerous is exercising vigorously and only drinking water afterwards. This can cause your sodium to come down to possibly dangerous levels.

Occasionally: Sodium levels in the 120 range are abnormal and can be caused by losing sodium or retaining too much water or by certain glandular abnormalities like Addison's disease or inappropriate ADH (vasopressin) secretion. Your hyponatremia can be corrected by reducing fluid intake, receiving sodium chloride or taking cortisone. An endocrinologist is best qualified to answer this question,however.
