For a year now i've been having lower systolic bp (95-100), while diastolic is standard (75-80), i have no symptoms, don't use any meds, no preexisting conditions, not sure how to fix it. salt has temp effect. my physical activity level is sedentary?

For your age, systolic pressure above 90 is not low. Young people usually have a relatively high diastolic number, i.e. the pulse pressure (the difference between systolic and diastolic number) is usually low (narrow) and that is a good thing, especially you are asymptomatic. You should not take extra salt for that.
