Low sodium: Bananas help with low potassium not sodium. Low sodium is treated with water restriction or adjustment of medications, if you are on blood pressure medications. See your doctor for that.

No foods: Will lower sodium levels in your body as it is an essential component without which you'd die quickly. If your sodium is too high you may be slightly dehydrated, took too much diuretic, or you have a medical problem that needs your doctor's attention. If you have a real problem, which is unlikely, you can't fix it by yourself.
