do i need to see a specialist for the sinus problems i m having? this is the 4th time where i get better ans this morning i cant lift my head off my pillow or open my eyes properly because of all the pressure in my sinus.

ENTorAllergy: Most primary can treat most but if recurring and treating as well as using nasal steroids to try to prevent problems from recurring and still happening then need to see ENT or Allergist.

Once that's determined, a medication regimen can be recommended.  If there's an obvious anatomic issue or you fail aggressive medical therapy, surgery then comes into play. Meet with an ENT to discuss your personalized treatment options.

Give yourelief...: I can speak personally as a former chronic sinus patient.  The ENT worked with me on various medical therapies, but when that wasn't working, he did surgery to open the sinuses and clean things out.  If i had known earlier how much better i would feel after that was done, i would have done it years earlier. Get their opinion on what is best for your individual situation.

went for an mri scan showed sinus congestion and swollen glands. follow up blood test been referred to a specialist what could this be for sinusitis?

MRI is not: actually generally done for sinus infection both because it is a LOT of work for a minor condition (there goes the NH budget !!!) but also because it isn't very predictive of who benefits from treatment. Studies have shown that looking for purulence at the back of the throat is a better test.
this doesn't quite make sense.

Yes: The most sensitive and accurate diagnosis can be achieved by a physician - simply by asking you questions, and by thoroughly examining you. If an ear, nose, & throat doctor (otolaryngologist) still has questions after that, imaging studies (x-rays or ct scans) can help them sort things out.

i have asthma and sinus problems what type of doctor is recommended to see so i can get this under control i feel like its taking over my life?

Allergy/asthma: Either an ENT or allergy immunonolgist. Smoking cessation should be advised. Allergies should be controlled if positive. Sinusitis should be treated as well. These should improve asthma symptoms which then should be controlled. Steroid inhaler should be considered as well as nasal steroids or singulair (montelukast).

This question is very difficult to answer based on the limited information given. When you stated "lower mostly right side"  are referring to the abdomen (stomach)?  Please resubmit your question with more details.
I will say that the fact of the pain being "very bad" the person in question should call their doctor or be seen in an urgent care or er.

Specialists: I recommend that she be evaluated by both a specialist in infectious disease and follow-up with an otolaryngologist for the sinus problem. The specialist can reculture her and order appropriate blood tests to assess her infection fighting status. The MRSA is most likely colonizing her nasal passage rather than causing an active infection now and may or may not require treatment but the specialist
