Should i be worried? yesterday. (lower mostly right side and left rib pain) sinus problems and mucus in her throat very little coughing. i see no reason for the pain and she said it very bad pain.

The : The rib pain sounds like it is unrelated to the sinus issues. This question is very difficult to answer based on the limited information given. When you stated "lower mostly right side" are referring to the abdomen (stomach)? Please resubmit your question with more details. I will say that the fact of the pain being "very bad" the person in question should call their doctor or be seen in an urgent care or er.
