What's regular?: What is a regular headache? The international classification of headaches does not list "regular" headaches. The 2 most common causes of headache are tension and migraine. People labor under a misconception that "migraine" is always severe. Not so. And not all severe headaches are migraine. If you have moderate pain, take aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, acetaminophen. If no relief, see a doctor.

ive had lots of moderate headaches this entire year now (i dont think its migraines. they r bilateral) and taking medicine helps, and ive tried things that i thought would help (like water) but no matter what it wont work. why could this be happening?

: Sounds like your 14 yo child would benefit from seeing her pediatrician.  Make an appointment, and have her examined, diagnosed, and treated.

Occipital neuralgia: Pain behind the eyes is often not from an ocular source.  An eye exam is recommended to rule out an ocular source, but these symptoms are often referred pain from neck / spine issues (especially if the pain radiates above the ear).  Frontal sinusitis also can cause this set of symptoms.  If it is a neck issue, then massage or osteopathic manipulation can help.

Post trauma syndrome: Join the club!  many children fall and get what is called "concussions" especially at the toddler age.  Many will develop episodes of headache including vomiting that clear in a couple hours.  They will probably develop migraines later in life.  A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate.  Ct or MRI will probably not reveal any abnormality, but would relieve your anxiety.

Not ARS: Acute retroviral syndrome (ARS, i.e. acute HIV infection) doesn't cause headache alone. But of course see a doctor if it continues or you remain concerned.

Many reasons: There are so many reasons for headaches. It can be neck tension, or fatigue, or low thyroid, or head injury, or the medication you're taking or not enough water or minerals or eye problems.
If working out helps, i would certainly work out more often. But you should maybe have a check up to see what the cause actually is.

Many possibilities: Most people get a headache at some time, such as from colds, infections, lack of sleep, too much driving, long hours on the computer, stress at work, etc... Over-the-counter treatments include Tylenol, (acetaminophen) Motrin, Alleve, Excedrin Migraine, and their generic brands. A bad or increasing headache, recurrent headache, weird headache, or one with other worrisome symptoms should be checked.

i've had this buzzing/high pitched ringing sound that happens randomly for a couple years now. my vision blurs sometimes only for a few seconds. i've had headaches too, most are moderate though & sometimes i can't hear anything it's kinda muffled.

High blood pressure: The symptoms you are describing are consistent with high blood pressure. If you have not seen a physician in a while, I would recommend getting your blood pressure checked as soon as possible. There are a lot of late complications from elevated blood pressures and if you have been having these symptoms for a couple years, you are already at high risk.
