What's regular?: What is a regular headache? The international classification of headaches does not list "regular" headaches. The 2 most common causes of headache are tension and migraine. People labor under a misconception that "migraine" is always severe. Not so. And not all severe headaches are migraine. If you have moderate pain, take aspirin, ibuprofen, naproxen, acetaminophen. If no relief, see a doctor.
