I've had this buzzing/high pitched ringing sound that happens randomly for a couple years now. my vision blurs sometimes only for a few seconds. i've had headaches too, most are moderate though & sometimes i can't hear anything it's kinda muffled.

High blood pressure: The symptoms you are describing are consistent with high blood pressure. If you have not seen a physician in a while, I would recommend getting your blood pressure checked as soon as possible. There are a lot of late complications from elevated blood pressures and if you have been having these symptoms for a couple years, you are already at high risk.
