Constant almost daily mild to moderate headaches and sharp pain behind the eyes. i apply pressure to my eyes and feel little relief. please help. ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Occipital neuralgia: Pain behind the eyes is often not from an ocular source. An eye exam is recommended to rule out an ocular source, but these symptoms are often referred pain from neck / spine issues (especially if the pain radiates above the ear). Frontal sinusitis also can cause this set of symptoms. If it is a neck issue, then massage or osteopathic manipulation can help.
