Post trauma syndrome: Join the club! many children fall and get what is called "concussions" especially at the toddler age. Many will develop episodes of headache including vomiting that clear in a couple hours. They will probably develop migraines later in life. A thorough medical evaluation would be appropriate. Ct or MRI will probably not reveal any abnormality, but would relieve your anxiety.

Please clarify : Are you asking about a 2-year-old with multiple head injuries? No matter the age, start by seeing your primary care physician, who can obtain a clear history of how and why the repeated injuries occurred, perform thorough physical and neurological exams, then obtain imaging of the brain and/ or refer to a neurologist or a neurosurgeon depending on the findings. Don't wait.
