Many reasons: There are so many reasons for headaches. It can be neck tension, or fatigue, or low thyroid, or head injury, or the medication you're taking or not enough water or minerals or eye problems. If working out helps, i would certainly work out more often. But you should maybe have a check up to see what the cause actually is.
