See below: This depends on the organ the cyst is in. I am assuming you're referring to ovarian cysts. If so they are more likely to be complex, with septations & nodules or solid component besides just the fluid component. This is similar to most other organs. Thyroid cysts, however are common and tend to bleed frequently, thus even if looking complex still more likely benign. Biopsy may  be needed.

Cysts on labia: Can get infected and need to be seen by someone that can determine need for culture, antibiotics or incision and drainage.  It is very, very unlikely to be cancer.

Fibroids: Broadly speaking, there are 2 general types of sequences on MRI...called T1and T2.  Fibroids are usually dark on both, cysts are dark on T1 and bright on T2. Fibroids usually have non uniform or heterogenous signal, cysts more uniform/homogeneous.  Fibroids originate from the uterus, cysts usually from ovaries.

Dark circle: Benign cysts appear as dark black spheres, a cancerous lump would be bright white and solid.

No: Simple retention cyst of epididymis is benign and of no significance if it is asymptomatic. Of course it needs to be established that it is a simple cyst and not sold mass or complex cyst.

Nothing clearcut: Both conditions can be painless or cause some discomfort or pain. It is hard to tell the difference as they can both produce a lump/mass. Only ultrasound or other imaging tests can make the distinction between a cyst and a solid mass. So go seek medical advice from your doctor who can guide you further.

The risk of ovarian cancer in the us is 1:70 unless there is a family history in a first degree relative. Cysts that don't resolve deserve evaluation.

Essentially none: Dentigerous cysts ( follicular cysts) are benign, non-inflammatory odontogenic cysts that are thought to be developmental in origin. They are  the second most common odontogenic cysts after those related to the roots of the teeth  They usually present in the 2nd to 4th decades of life and are rarely seen in childhood because they almost exclusively occur in the secondary phase of tooth development .

Probably not: Penile cancer looks alot more ulcerative and can have a wet appearance. As the cancer increases in size, it does not have characteristics of a cyst, which is typically round, soft, and mobile.

Yes, it's possible: Hi. If you have nodules 10 mm or more in diameter, they should have a fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) to make sure they're not cancer or respond appropriately if they are. Some ultrasound characteristics make cancer more or less likely, but cancer cannot be diagnosed or excluded based on ultrasound; you need cells (and newer genetic testing helps). Remember, most nodules are NOT cancer.
