my chest and throat feel inflamed and sore, but i have no other symptoms, no cough, no cold, except for fatigue. what is this?

Possible URI: It's very difficult to tell exactly what's happening since I don't know your age or whether you have had exposure to upper respiratory infections. A sore chest that usually means in the lungs but it could mean  muscular. If it's internal and you have a sore throat it's probably the beginning of a upper respiratory infection. If you develop a temperature you should see your local physician.

is it possible to have symptoms of chronic pancreatitis without the pancreas being calcified or inflamed? i have had this pain in my chest for years and thought it was just ibs. also, i am scheduled for ct, what can they see for certain?

: Pancreas is nowhere near the chest. Yes pancreatitis can occur without calcification. If you have had this pain in your chest for years without harming you then it is probably not anything very serious. Best not to speculate and get your CT. Good luck

i was in a car accident. i had chest and stomach pain. x-ray showed inflamed spleen and liver and blood test showed mono. could accident manifest symptoms not present earlier?

good day doctors. my tonsils seemed to be inflamed on the left hand side and my glan is very swollen and sore that i cant even swallow without intense pain. my chest also seems to be a bit heavy. could this be a symptom of covid and should i test?

COVID testing:  These could be COVID 19 symptoms. Not sure where you live.  In South Africa- one needs to consult with a medical provider who will make determination about whether to test for COVID 19 or not. You can consult your local primary care provider. There are also other resources such as “Talk –to-Doctor” on HealthTap. In USA the testing policies vary by state. Strep throat is another possibility.

Ibuprofen: Taking Ibuprofen 400 mg with food will immediately make the pain bearable. You need to be tested tomorrow for strep infection (which, if untreated can cause rheumatic fever and glomerulonephritis) and mononucleosis which often causes the worst sore throat of your life. I wish you well.

Not signs: This would not be a sign of those conditions. You may be having some postnasal drop or sinus type problem. See your Physician if symptoms persist or worsen.

but on saturday i discovered a ingrown pubic hair. since yesterday is is super inflamed and the area is very swollen. i have no fever. should i be worried?

Depends: Lung cancer may occur in smokers or non-smokers.  The symptoms are dependent on the location and extent of the cancer.  It may be found when asymptomatic (no symptoms) or when very advanced an many symptoms, such as pain, hemoptysis (coughing up blood), seizure (brain mets), shortness of breath, etc.

Depends: The symptoms usually are rapid breathing, retraction of the skin between ribs, under ribs, and above the collar bones. The infant may also have some nasal flaring. In addition, the child maybe more fussy than usual, more tired than usual, and not able to eat as well.
