Possible URI: It's very difficult to tell exactly what's happening since I don't know your age or whether you have had exposure to upper respiratory infections. A sore chest that usually means in the lungs but it could mean muscular. If it's internal and you have a sore throat it's probably the beginning of a upper respiratory infection. If you develop a temperature you should see your local physician.
