Take a few repeated BIG breaths in &amp; out so as to maximize chest expansion/collapse (not just abdomen), apply direct very firm pressure with a couple of finger tips to/around the area &amp;/or make dramatic changes in position of arrms, chest, body to see if these REPRODUCIBLY change the sensation. If they do, heart pain unilkely!
