Right side of where?: Sorry, but you need to be a bit more specific. You are asking for directions without telling where you wanna go!

MANY causes: R pain: Do you mean 'right (r) lower abdomen' -pelvis pain? Pain coming from there can be as simple as ovulation pain (mid-cycle) -(also called mittelschmerz) . R sided pain could be an ovarian cyst -leaking or more serious: pelvic inflammatory disease, pid (from std). A simple ultrasound will help. Appendicitis presents initially as stomach upset then travels to right pelvis. Hope you are better soon!

Need more info: I can't answer without more specifics: where exactly is the pain? (belly, chest, head, foot?), what can you do to make it better? Or worse? Is it constant or come and go?

Need to see your PCP: I assume right side of the abdomen. It could be any thing starting from muscle pain to intestinal organ causing the pain.Depending on the part it could be from the liver, gall bladder, kidney and appendix. It could also stem from the ovaries if you happen to be a female. Your pcp would exam you and decide on appropriate tests and treatments best suited for it. Good luck.

More info needed...: ...Your question is so broad that it is impossible to answer without more info, such as a health history and examination, with possible radiographs. Please see a local physician for a consultation.

Not enough info!: Side pain could be in your abdomen or in your muscles on that side or could even be due to spine problems. You don't say how long you have had the pain, if it is constant, if you hurt yourself, or if you have any other symptoms like fever, nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea. You may ask your question again and give more details if you wish.
