Scrotal Pain: This is most likely an infection or an irritation of an old scar tissue in the scrotum. Bu t, given your age and the risk of testicular cancer you must get to a physician to see if this is more worrisome than in infection. Testicular cancer is seen in men from age 26 to 33.
