Precisely,: The "right food". And lots and lots of exercise. Healthy , unprocessed, leaf vegetables, fructose rather than sucrose, safe raw products, etc are your best bet to get the best that you can possibly achieve (yes, genetic factors will limit your possibilities) in that area. Consult your dr or nutrition experts for further personalized advice. Ah, and more exercise !
