Since you are your: primary medical decision maker, start working on figuring it out. E.g. Take a few repeated BIG breaths in & out so as to maximize chest expansion/collapse (not just abdomen), apply direct very firm pressure with a couple of finger tips to/around the area &/or make dramatic changes in position of arrms, chest, body to see if these REPRODUCIBLY change the sensation. If they do, heart pain unilkely!
