Abdominal pain: In a female- lower right side pain is usually a problem with the ovaries- twisting, a cyst or a tubal pregnancy. Also appendicitis needs to be considered. Kidney stones can also cause lower right sided pain. If it is truly agony- suggest you go to your emergency department.
