my 12 year old molars hurt. the top 2 molars are bite ting  down on the gums behind the bottom molars is this normal ? and how do i help with the pain

Chew down: It is unlikely that normal chewing forces will move teeth "down."  if you have a dysfunctional bite, it is possible to cause some misalignment of the teeth.  The only way to properly move teeth is with orthodontics.

Gum infection ?: Difficulty chewing on your molars could  be due to inflammation of the gums or under the tooth in the bone socket. This could also be associated with an infection. The color change in your gums to purple is not normal. It should be pink. Go to your dentist and get an evaluation before it worsens.
