Wisdom tooth: Do you have wisdom teeth yet? Sometimes when they are erupting they feel that way and nothing to warry, sometimes they erupt to wrong direction and they should be taken out. Anyways check with your dentist.

Operculum: That is the small piece of tissue that covers the wisdom tooth. If you do not have your wisdom teeth, then you possibly have a periodontal pocket in that area. Either way you need to be evaluated by a dentist who can examine you.
