I'm having trouble even chewing, mostly in the back near your molars and the gums changed color they purple and black, why?

Gum infection ?: Difficulty chewing on your molars could be due to inflammation of the gums or under the tooth in the bone socket. This could also be associated with an infection. The color change in your gums to purple is not normal. It should be pink. Go to your dentist and get an evaluation before it worsens.
