2year old son; 2 weeks ago: small movable gland on neck, next week another small gland behind his neck and today another gland on the other side of neck. i checked his gums and molars seem to be coming out. he has no fever and behaves like normal.

There are many in the neck, head & behind the ear. At rest these are often 1/4 inch in diameter and may grow to marble sized when reacting to a stimulus. Bug bites, or viral infections can increase their size.

"Glands": He's 2. Has he ever seen a Dentist? If not, I would suggest he see a pediatric Dental specialist, a Pedodontist, now. I would also suggest that he see a pediatric Medical specialist, a Pediatrician, now. The appearance of multiple lesions in a young child is worrisome. Please stop trying to diagnose and take him to see trained professionals, now.
