Q: i woke up with 96.6 degree body temperature. what's the lowest it should be before i worry? i know 98.6 is the 'norm'.

Not to worry: It is normal for the body&#x27;s temperature to drop overnight. Many of the metabolic functions go into a baseline mode, so less energy is needed and thus less heat produced. Understand also that an oral temperature is influenced by many factors and may not accurately reflect the core temperature. Don&#x27;t worry too much about a low oral reading if you are feeling ok otherwise.

Q: 2nd month on a workout plan with weights and cardio. last 4 weeks only lost 2lbs :( but 11 inches, what is the norm for inches lost?

Work out: The answer is it varies from person to person and type of workout, how often and length of time.

Q: what can cause to have bun/creatinin ratio elevated. my test resul bun 18 norma 6-20, creatinin 0.63 norma0.57-1 and bun/creat ratio 29 norm 35-155?

If both your: BUN and creatinine are normal, ratio is probably not meaningful number. Ask your doctor who ordered the tests, but I am not concerned too much.

Q: my husbands temperature has been from 95.7-97.7 usually staying in the 96.5 range since friday (this is not his norm) has been feeling a bit weak ?

Dementia: Commonly the elderly begin to have mini-strokes and their brain get's damaged. We call this dementia. It sounds like her condition is causing you harm. I am unsure what resources you have where you live, but she may do well to be on medications for dementia and/or put in a safe nursing home so that this condition does no further damage to your spirit.

It's not normal.: There are several possibilities but a ph of 9.0 is very high. Possibilities include: diet breathing issues uti gi issues toxicities medications you're taking (including supplements and otc meds) renal issues like renal tubular acidosis you really need to have it checked again and compare it to blood work.

It depends.: Thermoregulation in some children is more labile than in others and a slight fluctuation of 1-2 degrees maybe ok. However, even withim these limits, it is important to understand the reason behind a permanently high body temp. Check with  a pediatrician if concerned

my periodos are normal but i get them on the 27 th of each month but this june i got it on the 8th of june and this july i got it the 2  is this norm?

Not really: But not unusal either! Many factors cann effect your menstrusl cycle such as stress, wt loss, miscarriage , and others!  Do a pregnancy test in a week or so and if negative things should return to normal soon! If not you should seek medical attention

Overweight: The best method for finding out if you are overweight or not is to go on-line and look for the "Body Mass Index" -(BMI).

It will ask for your height and weight and ideally you should not be above a BMI of 25 - give or take a little.
