<130/80: Goal is the top number less than 130, the bottom number less than 80. What's changed during the last year for you? Think about diet, exercise, caffeine, sleep and stress. Good luck with moving forward. Great question.

120/75: Sounds like you are developing hypertension. See your primary care doctor asap so you can start taking care if it with non pharmacological (diet, exercise, weight loss) and/or pharmacological treatments.
