How's your BP?: Your creatinine is normal. However you have protein in your urine, which may be a sign of early kidney disease. How's your blood pressure? Are you diabetic? If you are, is it well-controlled? Do you smoke? They are many chronic diseases and medications that affect kidney function over time. You should speak with the doctor who ordered the tests to find out how you can prevent long-term disease.

Persistent: proteinuria suggest other issues, most likely renal issues. You need  an examination, a 24 hr urine analysis and ongoing lab studies of renal function as well as a renal ultrasound. I question why you are testing your own urine?: diabetes? hypertension, history of renal insufficiency?  Get an appointment with a medical physician, preferably, a nephrologist.

It is very difficult to interpret what a random urine creatinine level means without knowing the microalbumin level and looking at the ratio. Need evaluation: The creatinine level is normal; however, the amount of Albumin in urine is elevated and needs to be investigated. Diabetes is the commonest cause, but other kidney diseases can also result in loss of Albumin in the urine. It would good to talk to his doctor. See this site for more info on this subject.

Should be OK: 24 hour urine gives accurate measurement of total protein in a day. Depending upon time of the day and activity- 95 in spot urine should be ok
