It is very difficult to interpret what a random urine creatinine level means without knowing the microalbumin level and looking at the ratio. Agree with Dr. J: You had the test in 2012, you ought to consult your doctor, to check you for kidney function. If you are diabetic and/or have high blood pressure, it is imperative that you see your doctor. Have a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and street drugs, exercise at least 150 minutes per week. Wish you good health.
