I have a urine test don on 1-27-2012 the test come back microalbumin/ creatinine ratio, random urine 2084 how bad is it what i need to do to fix it and how bad is it. i don nothing about the pr.

Please : Please reply with more information. The number you gave is not a ratio. It is very difficult to interpret what a random urine creatinine level means without knowing the microalbumin level and looking at the ratio. Lastly, whoever ordered this test should be able to explain why they ordered it and what the results mean. Please reply with more information or follow up with your doctor. Take care.

Agree with Dr. J: You had the test in 2012, you ought to consult your doctor, to check you for kidney function. If you are diabetic and/or have high blood pressure, it is imperative that you see your doctor. Have a healthy diet, drink plenty of water, avoid alcohol and street drugs, exercise at least 150 minutes per week. Wish you good health.
