?abnormally high: Normal levels of microalbumin in urine are 30-300 microrams/litre. 95mcgm % (i.e. In 100 ml urine) would be high. U may have orthostatic albuminuria which meaning kidneys leak a little Albumin when you are up & about & active & is not abnormal. Your dr. Is correct advising 24hr collection. Presence of >300mg (notmcgm) Albumin in 24hr collection would be abnormal & could indicate kidney damage.
