This makes it difficult to pinpoint the exact time one got the disease.

Menopause the same: Your life with one functioning ovary is mostly the same as having two.  At age 48, it is appropriate for you to begin menopause.  The symptoms of menopause are very variable, and the presence of only one ovary will probably not change that.

Family practice: You have a hormonal imbalance  or possible retained cells on wall of uterus from previous menses. You can be treated with progesterone. This usually clears it up , stops the bleeding and can get you regulated. See your dr for treatment.

No: Any fev1 (forced expiratory volume in 1 second) above 70% of predicted is considered normal.  Clearly the best information about COPD is following the fev1 over time to look for changes but 82% is well within normal limits.

Apperently, YES.: This disease manifests in the 3rd to 5th decade of life, but can also be in children.  This is from iron overload that is deposited in tissues like heart, liver, and under the skin causing hyperpigmentation or darkening of the skin.  It likely goes away during menses because blood is lost during that time and the disease is not yet very longstanding.  Treatment is by blood drawing.  See dr. Now.

Get it checked: A faint black vertical line or streak on a toenail can be a warning sign of a more serious condition.  This needs to be evaluated because cancers of the nail can present themselves like this. A nail biopsy is the only way to determine this.  Go get this checked.  It is not always just a bruise.
