there are some simple but scientifically proven diet tips.
One your diet, to lose weight should have a limit of 1200 to 1500 calories per day.  The calories should primarily come from protein sources (60% of the diet). Then a small amount of carbohydrates and a small amount of fat to make up the full calories. 
Then, exercise should be moderate with a hr about120 BPM for twenty minutes or more.

Possibly: Remember, nutrition is more than just about protein.  You need proper balances of many minerals and nutrients in the proper dosages.  Speak to your physician or ask a sports nutritionist.  In the meantime, i'd choose a multi-nutritional drink such as ensure or boost to provide you with the necessary nutrients you need if you cannot eat properly. Your dentist may also help.

Work.: The liver is a truly amazing organ.That we can abuse it with all the bad things we do and it keeps chugging along is remarkable.A healthy liver can handle the high fat&protein atkins diet is proof.But what happens after you quit the diet? Most of my patients have gained all plus some after the diet.Best "diet" for weight loss is weight watchers, followed by continued calorie restriction& exercise!
