Limiting your portion sizes is also helpful, and eating frequent small meals throughout the day to boost metabolism. Don't skip meals, get lots of sleep, and try to incorporate exercise into your daily routine.

There are a few drugs available now..orlistat, orcaserin, phentermine..which work through different mechanisms. They are not especially effective and have side effects.
