Eat: Eating is important. If you skip meals, your body goes into starvation mode and starts holding calories more tightly, so when you eat (and we all have to eat) it will become more difficult to lose. It's best to eat many healthy foods in small amounts all day.

HAVE TO EAT!: Arguing against reality is not helpful. We have to eat to live, fighting that will likely lead to dysfunctional eating, such as fasting then binging on food, and will not result in good long term results. Medications can be helpful tools to assist with hunger and cravings and as part of a well balanced diet and support. See a bariatric specialist and or dietitian. Get support! you can do it.
