i have lumps in my pubic area. my gyno told me they are fatty deposits.  now i am feeling them when i wipe in both areas.. should i get a secomd opini?

Yes: If you doubt any diagnosis, you should get a second opinion.  "fatty deposits" can occur in the vaginal area.

i've had a lump in my breast since i was 28 and was told by the gyno that it was a cyst. no testing was done. i'm now 33 and it is still there and mom was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. should i get it checked further?

: If a "prime relative" (mother, grandmother, sister) has documented breast cancer, obtain a digital mammogram and ultrasound to determine if the breast "lump" is suggestive of malignancy.

im a young male 25, on both of my pecs by the nipple about an inch away towards the armpit. there are these almond size lumps that pop out of my chest area that i can push in. are the nodes, gyno, fat deposits? what doctor do i see?

Chest Lumps: Please start by seeing you family doctor.  One possibility is that they are sebaceous cysts which are easily treated if needed.  Peace and good health.

told i had mrsa or impetigo on my buttocks. is it normal to feeling a lump in behind not at site and feel swollen in gland in pubic bone?

Fighting Infections: Yes.  This is exactly what happens when you have a significant infection. The glands of your lymph system swell to eat up the toxins and bacteria in the infection.  This all sounds very normal.

for about a week now right on the "mons pubic" area i feel like its bruised.  no lumps or anything.   any suggestions?

Trauma?: It's difficult to say without asking more detailed questions. Try to remember if you could have bruised yourself either leaning against something while carrying it or possibly after a session of intercourse. If this continues and causes great pain be evaluated. A possible infection may be present or  a reason may have occurred where the pubic bone is separating.

i recently shaved my pubes for the first time and now 2 hard red lumps have formed at the top of my pubic area. they are sore to touch. what is it?

Ingrown hair: most likely either razer burn or ingrown hair.  Should go away and no worries

what can cause side boob location discomfort off and on both sides? gyno felt fatty tissue/nothing suspicious. main exercise is walking. dont often wear bras. gyno mentioned possibly hormonal but what does that mean? no redness or lumps noticed?

Breast pain ?'s: If your breasts are above average size, the dependent position of breasts without bra support can accentuate pain just by the motion incorporate in brisk walking. At age 32, fibrocystic changes can also occur progressively, which can be painful at pre-menstrual times especially. Ask your gyn physician about low dose oral bcp use, and wear a bra at least when walking.

is it unhygienic to have much pubic hair? i have a gynecologist appointment and i am worried they will say i am unclean or that it is better to get rid of it?

: Unwashed hair in any body location is non hygienic- pubic hair is no exception. Pubic hair shaving is a matter of personal choice. However, cuts and nicks from the shaving process can increase the risk of infection to that sensitive area.

i had a white head spot behind my ear i didn't pop it but now its a hard lump under the skin is this owt serios i've two more of these lumps on my pubic?

Hiradinitis : The way you describe sounds like a lesion with pus formation it is more common in armpits. But any area where the hair is curly can cause this issue. Need to use hot pack to soften the induration (lumps) and can use antibiotic like neosporin if the area gets bigger and painful need to see your doctor.

side boob fat on both sides causes throbbing pain off and on. no lumps or redness. gyno says possibly hormonal but actual breasts are not painful. could fat accumulation and pain be from a lymph node issue? the pain started a few months ago?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If the doctor who examined you was not able to ascertain the cause it is not feasible to do that in this forum. If you are overweight, it may help to lose weight.  Getting a second opinion by in person visit would be appropriate.
