Hiradinitis : The way you describe sounds like a lesion with pus formation it is more common in armpits. But any area where the hair is curly can cause this issue. Need to use hot pack to soften the induration (lumps) and can use antibiotic like neosporin if the area gets bigger and painful need to see your doctor.
