Told i had MRSA or impetigo on my buttocks. Is it normal to feeling a lump in behind not at site and feel swollen in gland in pubic bone?

Fighting Infections: Yes. This is exactly what happens when you have a significant infection. The glands of your lymph system swell to eat up the toxins and bacteria in the infection. This all sounds very normal.
