For about a week now right on the "mons pubic" area i feel like its bruised. no lumps or anything. any suggestions?

Trauma?: It's difficult to say without asking more detailed questions. Try to remember if you could have bruised yourself either leaning against something while carrying it or possibly after a session of intercourse. If this continues and causes great pain be evaluated. A possible infection may be present or a reason may have occurred where the pubic bone is separating.
