Several days: Juvederm is a filler and does cause swelling after injection.  Usually it should be back to normal (although the filler area looks fuller and thus "swollen") after 3-4 days.

Hyaluronic acid fill: Hyaluronic acid fillers can work well under the eyes, but should only be administered by a physician trained in aesthetic surgery, as incorrect placement can lead to lumpiness and irregularity. I generally use Restylane (dermal fillers) under the eyes.

Ask surgeon: Swelling can take several days to go down. Ice may help. A check up with the surgeon who injected can direct care in the best way. Nobody could give an accurate answer without seeing you in person.

Not for all areas: Juvederm , I prefer juvederm ultra plus xc for the laugh lines because of increased filling and slightly longer duration .

However juvederm is not the best for filling tear troughs under the eyes, it absorbs a lot of water and unless really tiny doses are used may lead to bulges and swelling under the eye. 
I prefer Restylane (dermal fillers) for under the eye.

Bruises: You could have swelling and bruising from juvederm injections which can take a couple weeks to go away.

i had voluma under my eyes/cheeks and juvederm ultra + injected into my nasal labial folds a couple of days ago, how can i help them smooth out?

Ask your doc: Please go back to your doctor who injected you.  Valuma around the eye may hydrate and expand.   The doctor tends to smoothen the area at the time of injection there should be no need for you to smoothen it.  Please go back or call your injector.

Might be: Juvederm usually doesn't last that long but you may have had an inflammatory reaction leading to scarring. You should contact whoever injected it for an evaluation or consult with a doctor who has a lot of experience with injecting fillers.

In theory. : Although off label for "tear troughs" juvederm is commonly used to fill these concavities.  The face has numerous sensory nerves and referred pain is possible with injury or irritation to any of these nerves.  It is unlikely it will persist. It is probably from the needle stick if recent. It behooves you to be evaluated thoroughly and i would recommend a fellowship trained facial plastic surgeon.

Low Doses Can Help: Low doses of a dissolver, hyaluronidase dissolve a little. Higher doses dissolve a lot.  So start small, and repeat as necessary some days or a week later.

will tyndall effect smoothen after 1 to 2 weeks of juvederm treatment in eye tear troughs?it looks very lumpy & bumpy, worst then before juvederm used

Bumps Can Improve: Bumps may get better after some time and firm massage/pressure.  The bluish discoloration may remain and need hyaluronidase.
