In theory. : Although off label for "tear troughs" juvederm is commonly used to fill these concavities. The face has numerous sensory nerves and referred pain is possible with injury or irritation to any of these nerves. It is unlikely it will persist. It is probably from the needle stick if recent. It behooves you to be evaluated thoroughly and i would recommend a fellowship trained facial plastic surgeon.

Possibly: Sinus pain is usually caused by sinusitis. However if the product were inadvertently injected into a nerve, there may be some pain in the area that nerve supplies. be sure to rule out sinusitis first.
