Bumps Can Improve: Bumps may get better after some time and firm massage/pressure. The bluish discoloration may remain and need hyaluronidase.

Juvederm: No promises. There may be some improvement in the overall appearance when the swelling and bruising resolve. But is there is persistent lumpiness, you may need to have the product dissolved.

Slow improvement: The lumpiness isn't a Tyndall effect, it's poor injection technique. The tear troughs are very difficult to inject properly to get a smooth result. Tyndall is a bluish color to the skin. Both can be improved with Hyaluronidase if you don't want to wait for it to wear off. http://www.omahacosmeticsurgery.com/non-surgical-procedures/injectables/

Probably: Tyndall effect is from the product being injected to superficially and will not go away until a majority of the filler dissolves or you have your doctor break it down with an agent that dissolves HA however expect bruises. The lumps are the juvederm to has to be injected on the bone deep and in tiny doses or it will look bumpy Juvederm is thicker than others like restylane (dermal fillers) and more likely to bump
