6-8 weeks: Toe fractures usually heal in 6-8 weeks where the fracture has bridging bone on x-ray  and the fragments become stable. Swelling may persist for months. Wrist dislocations heal slower because the ligaments are ruptured and may take months to resolve.

Have you considered: Given that this has been ongoing for 4 years, and apparently has not deteriorated to anything worse, have you considered Vocal Cord Dysfunction? This commonly goes under diagnosed, because it requires a scope to take a look at your vocal cords.

Atleast 1 year: In order for struts of stent to be fully endothelialised and before one can even consider altering dual amtiplatelet therapy, a full 12 months ought to pass. There are other features such as lesion length, and angulation that may warrant even longer DAPT - discuss with ur interventional cardiologist. Data suggests outcome curves continue to diverge, so benefit upto 18 months post DES for dapt.

2nd opinion: There are other alternatives.  You should consult a cardiologist re. Changing or modifying your medication if your family doctor would not.  The side effects are not acceptable.

There may be options: Plavix (clopidogrel) is a platelet inhibiting drug.  The purpose of the medication is prevention of future myocardial infarction and death following acute coronary syndromes and prevention of stent thrombosis.  There are other medications besides Plavix (clopidogrel) that are platelet inhibitors

Anti platelet Rx: We use dual antiplatelet therapy for at least 6 months to minimize stents occluding after placement. Usually  either aspirin or plavix (clopidogrel) is continued later if no contraindication to that. The erosive gastritis is a significant problem and the appropriate step(s) in this case need to be considered with risks and benefits to the treatments by those with the most information about the patient.

Yes: Diethylstilbestrol (des) is a synthetic form of the hormone estrogen that was prescribed to pregnant women between 1940-1971 to prevent miscarriage, premature labor, & related complications of pregnancy. Women who took DES during pregnancy have an increased risk of breast cancer.
Increased risks of clear cell adenocarcinoma of the vagina and cervix & of breast cancer have been found for daughters.
