2nd opinion: There are other alternatives. You should consult a cardiologist re. Changing or modifying your medication if your family doctor would not. The side effects are not acceptable.

Good: Best to take it if your blood pressure tolerates. Perhaps you can discuss a decreased dose with your doc.
