Blood Flow: Increased pressure will cause decreased blood flow, for an instant, to make the gingiva appear whiter. Your gums may be inflamed, so see a dentist for an evaluation.

Gum infection ?: Difficulty chewing on your molars could  be due to inflammation of the gums or under the tooth in the bone socket. This could also be associated with an infection. The color change in your gums to purple is not normal. It should be pink. Go to your dentist and get an evaluation before it worsens.

It : It sounds like the gum tissue is inflammed. Did you just have the temp place a day or two ago, or is it there for a while?

If not polished, it could be trapping food and bacteria.

There is a very slight chance you are allergic to the monomer in the acrylic. Call your dentist to have him take a look.

Yes it can: Also some times there may be an odor to it too. 
Wash all the fruits and vegetable before consumption. Do not eat raw meat. Wash hands handling meats and other food items.

Depends: What kind of skin lesion? Was it scrapped off entirely? How was the scrapping done? Was there infection following the scrapping? The short answer to both parts of the question is yes, but it depends on the factors mentioned above.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Skin color: There are other pigments that contibute to skin color besides melanin. For example, people can get brownish discoloration on their lower legs from hemosiderin which results from bleeding into the skin and degradation of the hemoglobin. Liver disease can lead to jaundice which would be a yellowish color. Some medication can color the skin.

Patient care: The staining probably came  from something you ate or drank. One of my patients came in after eating a curry bases dish- wow. Call your doc and asked to be seen earlier to help the situation. Also try rinsing with half peroxide & haf water solution.

Hypopigmenation: Most likely you have hypopigmentation a decrease in melanocytes in the are that release melanin which tans skin. This may ne naturel or secondary to a trauma, burn infection you had in the area. It is not dangerous but if the melanocytes are not present or were killed then the patch could be lifelong

tiny hole in bottom gum- dentist said its benign but it's been 8 months and hasn't healed. sometimes fills with white. no pain or change in size. ?

Benign what: Benign tells us it's not invasive, but even benign lesions can be problematic.  The fact that the "lesion" has not healed is troublesome.  Would recommend that you see a Periodontist or an Oral Surgeon for a definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Not really: There are some cosmetic contact lenses that permit a temporary change in appearance. The lens itself is permanent structure whose color is determined by genetics &amp; not subject to change with present technology.
