Hypopigmenation: Most likely you have hypopigmentation a decrease in melanocytes in the are that release melanin which tans skin. This may ne naturel or secondary to a trauma, burn infection you had in the area. It is not dangerous but if the melanocytes are not present or were killed then the patch could be lifelong
