Weight Loss: It gets harder and harder to lose weight as we age. But, in my experience there are a couple of stumbling blocks in this situation.  First, you need to keep a food diary for at least one week.  There are numerous places online you can enter the food diary and it will give you an exact review of the types of calories. Most are eating too many calories and too many of those calories are carbohydrate.

Depends...: ...On how high the LDL cholesterol is, and what other risk factors for cardiac disease you may have.  Many patients who get aches with one statin are able to tolerate another.   Most aches go away within a week or two. I would suggest discussing trying another statin with your pcp.

Stress test: Although you only exercised for 5:31 minutes you reached 106% of your MPHR so it's considered a maximal stress test. If there were no ST segment abnormalities consistent with ischemia, you had a negative test showing no evidence of significant coronary artery blockages. If you have been having suspicious symptoms, you could have been pushed more to see if symptoms developed, but wasn't necessary.

: I was never told medicine was easy.  Recommend you go to uptodate.com &amp; get a 1 month subscription &amp; read all you can about these issues. Have you tired beta-blockers for migraine. Not sure what good BMI for size means.  BMI is a way of measure "size" as it includes height and weight. I would try other things for migraine before starting hormones.Stoke risks are very low but very real. Discuss.

10,000: Aim for 10,000 steps a day.  That's more steps than what people typically take in a workday.  So, it means purposely going for a walk before work, or at lunch, or after work.  10,000 is a nice round number and is achievable.

Everyone's different: There's not a great "one size fits all" plan for 60+ women, but i'd focus on three things: 1) weight bearing (walking, stairs, dancing),  2) use of resistance bands or weights to strengthen muscles, and then 3) maintaining flexibility.  The 1st will help keep your heart healthy.  The others will help keep your bones strong. Your doc should be able to come up with a unique plan for you.
